We commenced our journey during 1990 when we were appointed marketing agents by Essar Steel Ltd., to market their product Hot Briquetted Iron ( HBI). At that time HBI was introduced in India for the first time and we along with the Engineers of Essar went door to door to sell the product and also educated the user by conducting Trials and seminars. Our joint hard work earned success and our HBI started selling like Hot Cake. We must have sold over 2 million tons of HBI during that period. We operate from our offices and warehouse located in Mumbai, Jaipur, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Muzzafarnagar, Mandi Govindgarh, Ludhiana, etc.
During 1996 we took dealership from Essar to sell H R Coil, Sheets and Plates. Accordingly, we dealt is these products and were quite successful. During 1998 we were appointed by M/s.Ispat Industries Ltd., for marketing of H.R.Coil, Sheet, and Plates etc. Since then, we have been marketing their products in the western part of India. We are one of their leading dealer of their products. We have been selling around 1, 00,000 MT. of H.R.Coil/Sheets/Plate each year for over last 15 years. We also import these products from Ukraine, China, Russia , and Iran on regular basis. We have the required finances and own logistics to deal in such high volume. We endeavour to be the largest stock holder of flat products in India.
We diversified into manufacturing and during 1998 set up a unit to manufacture Structural Products like Angle, Channel and Beams. We had an Induction Furnace to make Ingots and then roll these Ingots into Angles,etc in a Rolling Mill.
We have arrangement with an International DRI (Sponge Iron) manufacturer for import of DRI into India. We have already imported good quantity of DRI in containers and have been importing DRI on regular basis. Recently we have been given responsibility to procure Iron Ore Pellets from India. We have been working on this proposal for couple of months and have been actively involved in sourcing of Iron Ore Fines and getting it converted into Pellets on job work basis. We have met couple of Pellet producers and are working with them closely to finalize the conversion arrangement.
We have adequate knowledge of Iron Ore and its logistic arrangements. We also import HBI from Ukraine on regular basis and have ready availability of HBI for supply user industry for their requirement of Melting.
We have decent experience in Import-Export trade along with its logistic arrangement. We have gained adequate experience and knowledge in Iron Ore due to the fact that we are associated with all major steel producers in India. Our Vision is to become an Rs.100 Crore Company by turnover in next 3 years. Our group has grown due to hard work, dedication, and honesty.
